Sea Pines Plantation

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head's oldest and largest community (5000 acres). It is home to the Harbour Town Marina as well as the South Beach Marina. It has 3 1/2 miles of wide and beautiful beach, 605 acres of nature preserve, 41 miles of walking, jogging and bike paths, Lawton Stables and Lawton Farm. There are two gated security entrances.

Sea Pines has 3 outstanding 18-hole public golf courses and one private course. Harbour Town Golf Links is host to the PGA Tour Verizon Heritage Classic and is rated among the top 30 golf courses in the world. The Sea Pines Racket Club has 23 clay and 4 hard tennis courts. Many of the villas also have tennis courts available.
